Personally Identifiable Information
The only Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that EnviroProz™ collects is information that you voluntarily supply. Other information that is automatically transmitted by your browser, includes the URL of the Web page you were just on (known as the "Refer"), the IP (or Internet Protocol) address of the computer you are using, or the browser version you are using to access our site is considered anonymous. All PII is stored by EnviroProz™ in an encrypted format.
We will send registrants of EnviroProz™ email communications on information we think they will find useful, including information about new products and services from our selected partners. It is our policy to never send messages to members who have asked us not to do so, through an unsubscribe process. In every email, we will remind you of your option to opt out of future email communications. No information about you will be sold to outside parties or used in any unethical manner. Your credit card information is deleted after each purchase unless you tell us to encrypt the information and store it in a secure environment.
What are Cookies? Why are They Being Used?
A cookie is a text file on your computer, that stores information about your browser, security requirements, and the images you see on EnviroProz™. As you move through this site, various actions, such as saving a User Name and Password, or holding images for order will attach a "cookie". This information is held within your machine and is communicated to our server only when you visit this site. Its only purpose is to keep track of your image requests on the EnviroProz™ site so that you can receive the pictures you need in the most efficient manner possible.
