EnviroProz is a third party enterprise. We do not perform remediation or removal. Any company that provides both the testing and remediation services, whether they use an outside laboratory or not, creates a strong conflict of interest.

There are many testing and remediation companies with different names, but with the same ownership. This too is a conflict of interest so, always ask first .

We have expertise in providing third party consulting, project management and written scopes of work for remediation projects.

Remember... there is no way to determine whether an area has been successfully remediated unless you have had both an Initial and Clearance Testing.

Choosing a Remediator
Once it has been determined that a remediation process is neccessary, the next step is to hire a remediation company. Things to look for in a remediation contractor are Certifications(by which organization), Insurance (Mold and General Liability), references, written bids and contracts.

Also ask whether they document the work process? What professional standards do they follow? Do they use chemicals?( ask for spec sheets) How long will the project take? Is it safe for occupants during the remediation? Do they guarantee that the project will pass clearance testing?

Clearance Testing
Upon job completion it is highly recommended that clearance testing be done to determine the succes of the remediation project. EnviroProz follows a 10 point clearance inspection checklist for each contained area.
